In faith we are going to see what God can do if we have faith. The phrase itself lends to the kind of faith Peter had when he stepped out of the boat. The Hebrew writer reminds us in Chapter 11:1 – “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” Faith promise is not seeing what we can do with what we see that we have. We ask God what does He want us to do?
We may see ourselves committing to one thing, but God is asking us to commit to something that takes real faith to accomplish. That is a Faith Promise. Just wait and see how God responds to this kind of faith!
Faith Promise pledges can each be given weekly, monthly, bi-annually, or annually. There are 3 categories for this campaign:
I Love My Church building campaign goal is to raise $155,000 in pledges to cover our regular mortgage payments plus one extra.
World Evangelism Fund (WEF) goal is to raise $45,000 in pledges to cover our mission obligation to support our missionaries and mission work around the world.
Local Missions goal is to raise $10,000 in pledgesto cover outreach ministry in our local community.
